“Leadership is the expectation that you can use your voice for good. That you can make the world a better place.” - Sheryl Sandberg, March 2014 By any definition, women ARE leaders in our communities. By Sandberg’s definition, women are THE leaders of our communities. Women make up approximately 70% of the nonprofit workforce. Women are activists, advocates, government officials, teachers, care-takers, and change-makers.
