REGISTER NOW FOR THE WOMEN AND GIRLS LEADERSHIP CAFE ON OCTOBER 25, 2022
Join Dr. Michelle Meggs, Women + Girls Research Alliance and Rhonda Caldwell, the Women's Inter-cultural Exchange for a World Café style dialogue addressing issues impacting the lives of women and girls in the Charlotte Metropolitan Area. Facilitated conversations will:
- Support open dialogue and active engagement
- Explore possibilities to formulate transformative solutions to address challenges impeding the well-being of women and girls
- Discuss Safety, Health and Wellness, Economic Opportunity
The event is open to grassroots community leaders, faculty researchers, civic partners, students, parents, health care providers, teachers, and non-profit leaders. All participants will receive breakfast and lunch. W + GRA is seeking high school girls to join our college tour. Students will receive goodie bags and have the opportunity to participate in event raffles. Transportation for interested students will be provided by Title I.
