Crown Jewels Leadership Foundation is a non-profit leadership program dedicated to enabling young women to explore their interests and gain learning experiences. The goal is to develop character, enhance leadership skills, and motivate young women ages 13 to 21 through mentoring, education, goal planning, and exposure to various avenues of relevant success. Through mentoring and use of our G.E.M.S. Faith based workshops and programming model, we will develop young women who are sure of their Leadership style, Virtue and Purpose. In turn, these Young women will be successful contributors to their Faith, Family, Careers, and Communities.
